On the whole a good app. A few improvements would make it a great app particularly to help people from outside London. 1 - Show the zones on the map. It will save having to download a separate map. 2 - make it easier to plan journeys by allowing you to easily put in from location and different travel times rather than 'go now'. 3 - allow a longer time before the app auto refunds oyster credit or make it so you dont have to tap a reader to apply it to card. It allows for ahead planning.

Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback and ideas for improvement. Regarding point 2, you can do this currently in TfL Go; tap the 'Current location' button in blue to change the from location when searching for a journey; tap on 'Leaving now' to adjust the time of departure or arrival.

Will only show bus stop information for a certain distance from where you currently are.. so if you want to try to see ahead to make a change to a different bus this app will not allow you to be plan ahead. Given that other apps allow this, clearly this has been purposely disabled!! Why?? also when you click into a specific bus stop the times don't update. again other apps do this fine

Hi Bhavin, thanks for your feedback - we're working on improvements to the bus area which will allow you to access information about other bus stops. While viewing a specific bus stop, times should automatically update every 30 seconds or so, can you please share more information about what isn't working?

I installed this app for the widgets. I commute regularly, and so being able to quickly glance at a specific line status to plan my route is a really nice idea. However, the execution is clunky. Widgets are 3x2 with a tiny bit of text, so I have a lot of wasted screen estate, and I need multiple pages to display all the lines I'm interested in. If this offered 1x1 or small widgets, it'd easily be a 5-star review.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your feedback - good news, we're working on resizeable widgets which should address this.
What’s new
We’ve fixed a few things including: - Journey history in Payments now shows the correct icon for journeys on DLR and Elizabeth line. - Improved how the tube map zooms in and out, including better support for tap and drag gestures.
