I'm actually surprised at how good this app is. I'm using the free version and the workouts are doable in a living room with a toddler present- so it goes to show how easy it is to fit into your life. Max amount of time I think is maybe 30 minutes, but the work ours I've been doing are between 10 and 15 minutes. Perfect to ease into moving your body if you've not done it in a while.

Great exercises for all body parts and different level. I love the choice of added workouts which you can choose and also the calorie count for each exercise . I've got a lot of responsabilities and familly commitments so going to the gym with good intentions is not always possible. These workouts are the best option for me and would highly recommend them to anybody who struggles to timetable a gym session .

Just right amount of exercises which is adjustable, love that you get a video of a real person doing the exercises to copy and they tell you through each one with tips. You can pause and read detailed instructions of how to do each exercise. The 3 second count down to start and more importantly to stop are fabulous.
