the app was very good, and I liked the reminders, but I couldn't continue as some of the exercises hurt my knees too much. it would have been nice if after pressing the 'too hard' button, it gave you the option to say what was too hard so it could tailor them to what you needed help on. very clear videos and as I cancelled within the first fortnight I was able to get my money back 👍

I got this app because for me, using an app that I have paid for inspires me to be more disciplined, and even 10 minutes a day, done regularly and with discipline, is way better than nothing. I find the exercises that are pitched exactly at my level, they don't overstretch me but I do definitely feel the benefit. I'm 70 and took care to choose one right for me. I do find the exercises benefit me and I enjoy the app very much .

I am very glad that you replaced the awful AI voice on the chair yoga with Anke videos with a human-sounding commentary. One remaining problem is that I don't always have enough time to complete a pose or exercise before the next one comes on. I like the option of doing longer or shorter sessions, to fit in with my day. I try (not always successfully) to use the app every day, and I can feel the chair yoga doing me good. I certainly miss it when I don't get round to it!
