The way that the app interacts with external music players is annoying. The app seems to intentionally stop the music every time you open the app with music playing in the background. It sort of forces you to use its music. The audio disappears from the notification panel, forcing you to try and open the music player again only for this app to close it again. Regardless, the exercise are fine.
