About this app

FairEmail is easy to set up and works with virtually all email providers, including Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo!

FairEmail is simple to use, but if you are looking for a very simple email app, FairEmail might not be the right choice.

FairEmail is an email client only, so you need to bring your own email address. FairEmail is not a calendar/contact/task/note manager and cannot make you coffee.

FairEmail does not support non-standard protocols, like Microsoft Exchange Web Services and Microsoft ActiveSync.

This email app probably the best app I've ever found in the playstore. I have used it for many years now and wouldn't want to change. I use several email accounts for work and this app can handle that. I find it easy to use and the documentation is also extensive if ever needed. It even has an option to add a pin code to keep people out so as to add a layer of security that would be hugely reassurimg if one's phone was lost or stolen. The programmer has done an amazing job.

Having used this for several months now and adding to the review, it is very good. Sending emails appears so much quicker than the gmail app. Very good. Got to point of setting up other mailboxes and thought would be a bit of a pain, the old way of manually doing the settings but nope, works it all out. Very good to get away from the gmail client was using for all my accounts. And if you can, pay for it to support open source devs. I'm tight and yet even I paid for it, its that good.

I have tried quite a few email programs such as K9 and Aquamail. I like both simplicity and flexibility. Fairemail provides both. Setting up was simple then I took the time over the following weeks to tune it. Any problems I have had have been me being stupid and the support I received has been excellent. I particularly like the identity facility for sending mail since I have my own domain and many addresses. In summary this is a richly featured, reliable, straightforward, well supported app.
