Waited over 2 weeks for an order which was showing as the items being in stock. Dropped customer service a message, over a week passes, no response forthcoming. Cancellation raised on the website, and further message sent, still haven't had a refund processed or any acknowledgement. Very quick to take the money and spam you with marketing emails and text message but very poor and disappointing service if you want to receive what you've paid for.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The app doesn't work!!! As I add items to my basket, I can see the total totting up in the pop up box but then when I go to My Basket, it's empty... No matter how many times I refresh, it remains empty. I've tried logging out / back in, uninstalling / reinstalling but nada, nothing works. It's infuriating, especially when there's an 'app only' offer you want to try and make use of.

Buggy - I couldn't get to my basket. It would appear top right, but only for a second and disappear. Ended up using the web version. Search function wasn't great. I searched for a specific shampoo, and even after using filters, I got several pages of other varianta, with the one I wanted on the last page. There was supposed to be a 10% off code for using the app and notifications enabled. Did that. Code didn't work. Also an expired code shown on the app. Poor, won't be using again.
