Please Fix the Wishlist! I love CB, but the app really could be better. Anytime I go to my wishlist and click on a product within the list, I simply cannot 'go back'. It's impossible to return and view the rest of my wishlist. Instead, I have to close the app entirely to be able to view my wishlist. This is really annoying and it has been like this for months. I agree with others about the basket being slow to load and products going missing. It's a shame as there's so much great content!

There was an offer on thd website and app - £10 off when you spend £50, no code required, discount will come off automatically at checkout. The discount wasn't applied, I immediately pressed the cancel order button and it said there was an error with the system and I couldn't cancel. Contacted customer services and they said they wouldn't cancel the order (showing as processing in the app) and wouldn't refund the amount over charged. Will be disputing transaction with my credit card company.

I love cult beauty - I get all my beauty products from them. However, the app is an absolute nightmare. Painfully slow, the "add to wishlist" button doesn't work and whenever I want to check my basket it says that it's empty unless I add a new product, after which all the other products I've added before magically appear. Sometimes it doesn't even load at all. Makes the buying experience an absolute pain and most of the time I have to pull out my laptop and do it from there. FIX IT or BIN IT!
