Really disappointed with my experience with this app. When I initially signed up and associated my account it looked very interesting. However, every time I try to access the app subsequently it fails to accept my password. I'm using a password safe and cutting and pasting the password. I then have to go through the password reset to get back in. The app still fails to remember / accept my password. Every time requires a password reset! Basic authentication fail and very frustrating.

Signed up for this so that I could get Alexa to show current electric prices on the screen of my Amazon Alexa Show. It shows a beautiful graph of prices. The only gripe I had was when I was trying to set up a new password for the labs app it seemed very picky of the acceptable symbols (for example ':', '#' or '€' were all rejected). Finding my account number and generating a unique API code was straightforward on the Octopus energy account page. Followed by finding and adding the skill on Alexa.

I know it's a lab version but I little more support would be handy before releasing it to the public. I'm a real-time cloud architect and couldn't bothered working this out. Bit of a shot in the foot here
