Yet another awesome game let down by the ads. Not too many ads like other games - they just seem to frequently restart the game, quit (the ad, not the game) part way through without providing the reward or get to the end and not display a close icon. Many of them also open Google Play *without my consent*. Edit: thanks for the response. Appreciate the need for ads. I don't think placement or length are an issue - besides the odd 60-90s ad. The problem is that they're very buggy.

The update that was put in place around April 1, 2025 has made the game significantly worse. Before you didn't have to do battles to at least progress through the idle portion of the game. Now they've introduced you have to "rescue" characters in order to buy more upgrades. It makes the idle portion of the game become completely stagnant if you can't get enough power to rescue the character. I would prefer if they change it back.

Thank you for the feedback! You can enjoy the game without buying anything, and you can complete the entire game without spending a cent. It will be slightly more challenging than usual, but still possible! Don't give up. We are sure you will succeed!

actually considered continuing this game after I completed the freecash offer. but after the update, hell no. I don't even think I'll be able to do the offer now because the rescue missions have enemies that are too OP too quick. literally had a jump from 300k to 550k in power between levels and now I'm just stuck, unable to progress, unable to level up to beat him, unable to get more shovels to loot because I need to beat levels but can't because I'm stuck against that enemy.
