Gone down hill IMO. Used to really like how good the app was but now it's just broken. I can't pay via the app as it won't let me update my card details, have to do it via pc. They don't tell you if things are out of stock, they just cancel the order, but still have the items up as available. The prices have increased so much in the last few months. Nothing is user friendly anymore in app. Even the stock itself is not unique anymore, it's the same as other catalogue just more expensive. Shame.

The app has become totally unusable. Logging in issues, password issues, loading issue, the app won't even let me view items, there's always a "problem loading page"... What's the point?!.... Suppose it's saved me a lot of money these past few months not being able to purchase using the app so I appreciate that. Thank you for saving me from the tat I would of bought 🙄🤷♀️

Please try clearing the cache head to settings>apps>studio>storage>clear cache/storage.

Not able to sign in so unable to order or pay,keeps saying password is invalid,so I go to reset my password,and it won't accept that ,it's really bad having to go through this problem every single time, seriously thinking of cancelling the app,I've even spoken to someone,who sorted it out ,but it only worked for that one time,Why can't we have the option to stay signed in
