The app is great. I especially like that the routine isn't the same for each day and there is enough time to rest and catch your breath. However, as you make progress, it becomes too hard. The leap is unrealistic. There is no provision for incremental progress and can get very discouraging real quick. The feedback at the end of each workout doesn't seem to make any difference. Kindly review the workout plan.

30 day ADDICTION more like! I have been following the FREE 30 challenges for a while now. I haven't signed to the plan as all I needed as ideas on exercise types. Starting at easy 1, only 4 - 6 minutes per category (I complete all 5 categories) to begin and build my self up. The easy 1 stage takes 20 - 30 minutes to complete it all and is simple, easy to follow moves. I have all my friend using this app also!

This is the best fitness app (free version) that I've found. It's been brilliant for home workouts in the school holidays when I've got children home and I can pick as many challenges as I have time for. It's simple to use, the format is user-friendly and the cues during exercises are helpful. Its got me in a great exercise routine and the rest days are spot on. I adapt the exercises to suit me, eg. I can't do press-ups so do them on my knees but I add weights to the exercises I find easier.
