Updating my profile and details is such a pain. The app constantly glitches. Then it asks for an area code for your mobile number, which it adds on top of the country selection. It then saves it and when you realise the area code is in there twice, the system wants to send an SMS to the incorrect number, which fails and prompts you to call customer service. Very clunky design.

The app works well most of the time. At present it won't connect with my Senator card. The app seems to have decided that I should be a Frequent Traveller only, so every time that I try and use fast track, early boarding or try and enter a lounge I get rejected and the check in person then has to enter all the details manually. Very tedious and time consuming.

I already have a M&M account, decided to DL the app. Clicking "Log In" does nothing, I had to start creating a new account, have it recognised as already existing, and only then did I get a clickable option to log in. Of course when I do that, I still can't log in because the app freezes and as good as crashes. What a premium experience!
