The sound quality of the buds are great but the auto pause and play is awful, randomly stops every 10 seconds thinking you have taken the bud out of your ear, no amount of cleaning the sensors fixes it. Why don't you add a switch to disable auto pause/play. A lot of people have suggested this on your website but you don't seem to listen, I've had to stop using my buds and likely won't buy again unless this is fixed as it makes them unusable

Forced on me, don't want it, don't need it and seems i can't even disable it! The fact it is unobtrusive and takes up little space is irrelevant, it's the principal of the thing. I came to OnePlus because of it's near stock android experience and lack of bloatware. Their new Android 11 skin (on its way) seems to be a less polished version of Samsung's UI and now they are forcing Facebook bloatware. I love my 7pro but it's likely to be my last OnePlus phone… Shame!

My new one plus bullets wireless z. Keep cutting out every minute for just 1 second. It isn't much but it gets really irritating and the voice doesn't sync with the video anymore. I don't know if this is a coding problem or a device problem but this needs to be fixed.
