The Key worker discount that I applied for wasn't working, despite repeated attempts (seems to crash every time I tried to apply it)?! Not the best website to navigate, and costs seem to fluctuate constantly. In the end, I gave up and bought a Pixel instead...a pity, as I really wanted to try out a OnePlus device.

No Constraint

Impossible to sign in. When I got my OnePlus Nord 2T was working fine then suddenly started to log me out constantly and I uninstalled. Now 2 years later the app just won't let me log in at all. Can't even get to login screen to enter login details. Just goes into infinite loading loop and can't press or do anything unless I force close the app. Tried clear cache. Tried changing region since automatically it's in USA and I am in Europe. Tried my country, tried other countries. Tried support.

I love OnePlus products, my first being a OnePlus 3. I'm currently using a 10 Pro and have had several models in between. They buds pro are excellent but I'm buying a new pair because over the festive season one of my old ones has gone missing along with the charging case. Can't be without them and hopefully they will turn up once the dust settles. Can't wait for the new set to arrive in the meantime. The store is great, by the way, and is a pleasure to purchase from too. Thanks Bill.
