I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

Edit- 2025 and I tried again, stupid me thought the 4G reception might have been improved by now. Nope, it's just as bad. The app works fine if you can get reception that is. I can't. At work or at home. I am in a city at home and in a town at work. There is no excuse for this in 2022. Waste of a months subs and the effort of porting my number. Changed to EE now and although £2 a month more (for less data) I now get a connection anywhere. And that's rather the point of a mobile phone, isn't it?

Superb App I recently got a great uSwitch deal, 5GB of data per month unlimited calls and texts, also 100 free international minutes. £1.48 per month for first 3 months, then £4.99 after. I also moved my existing number over, and this app has been excellent in managing the account. When I moved over the number it automatically updated on the app, also showing remaining data usage, and confirming the the reduced payments for the first 3 months but will revert to the higher rate afterwards.
