I'm interested in the science, and it was good to get my results. Ultimately, my gut health was pretty good, so I decided to cancel, but it turns out I'm locked into a 12 month membership, which I'm not using. They wouldn't even let me drop down to a shorter membership (without a retest). Just feels like a moneygrab at this point. I suspect they might have improved it since, but at the time I was using it, the Zoe app was very buggy. My "community" was mostly complaints about functionality.

I was very excited to start this, but its been awful. I think the app is the main problem. I spend ages logging meals, entering data, only to return the next day to find everything is gone. Hugely confusing and stressful experience. Added to this is the fact that I signed up with a special 20%off offer but was charged the full amount. After many emails, I managed to get 20% refunded for the initial fee, but they continue to take the full price monthly fee. Currently, the app refuses to open!

This is for the app, not the nutrition programme itself. (updated score and review to 2). The app itself is good... When it works. The food database is great. Being able to scan a recipe page to add food for instance. The 2 is because app is flaky. It feels like the dev team are constantly tinkering and rolling out untested features, adding or moving buttons. Occasionally it just breaks. My wife's app is missing her protein, she can't save foods and it is just stressful. Dissatisfied for the £
