I spent $69 for the sensor to be able to discover this unusable app. The app demands 4 bars of mobile data to allow me to register my vehicle, and then, once I'm leaning out an upstairs window to get 4 bars, declares network error anyway. I have a WiFi connection but that seems irrelevant. Utterly frustrated. Fixd sensor doesn't seem to work with forscan app, so a total waste of time, money and effort.

After purchasing the product I noticed that it seemed to not get any updates. It looks like I had a defective bit of hardware. Anyway, I can't find a method to send it back. It seems that they have hidden their customer service number too well. I think they should have a way to contact them in the app directly too but that's either not there or hidden in some silly way. Worst purchase ever for my car. Avoid this company.

I love this obd2 scanner. It's way better than the ones you have to plug in everytime. I just leave it plugged in all the time and when I get a warning light on my dash I just turn my ignition on and hit the scan button and it tells me every code that's haooening and how much it will cost if I bring it to a mechanic and they've even upgraded it to show a video on how to fix it. Plus I can delete the light that's on my dash as well and it's all through the app on my phone
