Terrible app. My gas doesn't work, there is no gas option, so I called the helpline they refused to help, telling me I have to use the app and to book it as Mason instead. Which would he fine if the app actually worked, every time I try the app just freezes and never recovers. I've reinstalled it multiple times, same thing everytime. Then also in the section where you can book cleaners, this also doesn't work, but in a different way, when I try to precooked and pay I just get error messages.

Terrible user interface, not at all designed for consumers, very difficult to use and not at all intuitive. Android app keeps crashing and exiting before the login screen, and if I want to use it I need to uninstall and reinstall it. I am writing as after my third time installing the app on the same phone within the same week.

Update 24 Apr 25: The app seems to be going through an update with its functionality seriously hampered. The lack of communication and complete lack of concern for the issues this is causing to people trying to book and use facilities in the meantime is remarkably bad.
