I like the app, it's easy to use and when trying to buy bus tickets in Argentina online rather than in person at the bus station has proved to be the easiest option. Not being able to pay in local currency is a real drawback however, the exchange rate offered when I have to pay in sterling is the "official rate" and not the "blue" rate so bus tickets generally end up costing more than twice the quoted price.

so, I picked a time and it defaulted to a time I didn't want. I tried to fix it after I paid, but had to cancel the whole order just to catch a bus that wasn't at 4am. it did it again. had to cancel the whole order.TWICE.Then, the app kept taking me to the bus provider site, that didn't recognize me because I was using busbud, not the provider. no phone # for help. robot chat even less helpful. $500 waiting for refund because of menus defaulting times no good for me. wow, what a useless app.

Very disappointing – unreliable service I was waiting for the company’s bus at the scheduled time and at the correct station, but the bus simply never showed up. No message, no update – nothing. Beyond the frustration and wasted time, this caused me a serious problem – I ended up rescheduled a flight instead It’s unacceptable for a public transportation company to operate so irresponsibly.
