I love this game & have been with it from the beginning. I have read reviews of the game crashing & of no response from team. Yes, when I played on my Kindle I did have a few problems & then I got a new phone & downloaded onto there & started all over again, losing everything I had had. But then I spoke to the team. They reinstalled my original.They have Never not replied to an email & quickly. Have always been courteous & helpful.

Overall this is a great game been playing for couple years now. Only problem I have is that sometimes it will freeze up I would have to close to restart the game or all of a sudden it will kick out of the game and I would lose any progress I've made. It very frustrating, please fix it.EDIT 2025 It works great now

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I've been trying to download this game for hours. it just says 1 of 9 downloading and has been saying rhat for the last 6 hours!!! rubbish game! and I was really excited to play it. I'd give it a minus review if possible because you wasted my time!
