This app always asking an update. If not the offer is not working. Everytime i click offer to check or redeem it. It shows sorry unforeseen glitch for a coupleof weeks.

Very bad app. I never seen such a useless app. The authorities are not even fixing the problem after so many bad reviews. I too have the same problem as others, I cannot log in mobile as it keeps asking for otp and the invalid as I need to put a last name when there are no options to type a name. Email too. There is a problem they never send a verification mail, and it says 'go and check'. Both never works. To redeem we need the app, but if the app doesn't work ,how can we redeem.

I tried to use an offer twice, the second time didn't register. I scrutinized the conditions and found nothing that says it can't be used more than once. To the contrary, it implied that it does not have a limited number of uses. When I contacted the support, they said it can be used only once. They came up with a condition upon contact! Such things are supposed to be mentioned beforehand, not upon contact. The offer was actually still badged "active."; a bait that made me take a long trip.
