They held back my withdrawal without notifying me, even though it was marked successful in the app. Asked support after a week what is going on - they told me it's a regular security check. This happened two weeks ago and no reply. They sitting on my money, despite I am fully transparent with them, level 3 account holder. They found something suspicious with the TX ID of the withdrawal and they want me to clarify what 4 letters in it means! How would I know that?! Was given to me by their app...
