New update:I've lowered the rating now because yes they have great customer service but now I've come back to the game it's not good!! Having to watch ads to play a level or pay to play? That's bad. Old:If I had had to have rated the game a few days ago I would have said 1 star but now its a definite 5 star!!!! The game had a few issues but on directly contacting the creators they were quickly resolved. Its fun to play,good story line and really nice options to choose when designing the rooms.

Love this game. Good boosters which give you 15 mins or half an hour unlimited lives. Keeps you interested above any other game. The further I've got the more glitches there are. Takes too long to load, then throws you out of the game losing you lives, bonuses and stars. Very annoying and total let down after spending real money buying lives. Glitches are now so bad it freezes mid play then throws you out so have now been forced to give up playing this game completely which is disappointing.

I've never written a review for a game before but I have found this particular game so maddening and frustrating... this could have been a great game, the premise and the graphics are fantastic, but I have never played a game so cynically set up to take your money. The games are IMPOSSIBLE and the boosts and extra turns you HAVE to buy if you want any sort of game play are incredibly expensive and even then can get you no where. Set up to fail and spend, such a shame.
