I have two kids in nursery. Since the update I get 32 notifications per day via app and email when previously it was four. 32!! Feedback via the nursery from the developers is that I have to turn app notifications off. They're either on or off. I can't even the email notifications off to half the alerts. This isn't acceptable as all nursery communication is via the app. I wish our nursery went back to their previous app which was far superior. When will a fix be released?

We understand how annoying that must be. We have already released a fix for it and in the next version you will be able to customise this in the app settings. We hope you'll reconsider the rating once we fix the issue.

As someone else posted push notifications no longer working, despite correct setting on phone, this includes accident reports. Will attempt reinstalling today. UPDATE Eyparent comment: Clearly there was something wrong with the app as this occured on mine and my partners device following an update a few weeks back. However the uninstall/ reinstall appears to have worked and I receive push notifications again.

Thanks for your feedback. If you could just email us at developer@eyworks.co.uk, we should be able to look into this further for you. It must be something specific to your account since there is no general issue with the app. Please try to logout/login once to see if that resolves the issue.

As a fully sighted parent, I do like the look of the new app. However, my partner, who is severely sight impaired, now finds it impossible to navigate. There are no accessible options or features. Unlike most apps, there is no dark mode option. There is no way to zoom in on text or to change the contrast. Feels like a backwards step towards diversity and inclusively. Honestly, very disappointing for an app designed to oversee the development of the next generation.

Thanks for your feedback. We will be adding the zoomed display mode to help with readability and are working on dark mode and contrast options in future releases. We believe in inclusivity and are committed to improving the experience for everyone.
