Terrible! I bought digital scales from ebay only to find out it can't be used unless connected to this app. I tried to connect to the app and it charged me Ā£2 but still didn't connect to my scales. Now the app has charged me Ā£40 for an app, service and scales I do not use! I sent the scales back and now I want a full refund! I did not sign up to a subscription. There is nowhere on the app to check or manage subscriptions and there was no notification a subscription was set up. Fraudulent!

Used to work perfectly. Now it wants access to phone calls and location. No need whatsoever for either of those. Won't even launch unless you grant access to both. I will be contacting Amazon for a refund on my scales as this is a massive privacy breach for a weighing app. Also now, because the screen on the scale doesn't measure point values e.g... you can be 10st 1lb or 10st 2lb and not show you the bit in-between the "lb", you rely on the app to see the point values which I can no longer use

Works better than expected. I'm annoyed about the ads because the app is a companion to the scales I purchased. Not only that but they're intrusive. Some information is confusing - I have a healthy BMI and yet, the app tells me I'm obese. Which is more than a little confusing. Apart from that it's ok. It synced quickly with no issues. It would be great if it could sync with my fitbit app but I knew it didn't have that functionality before I bought it.
