Works well. As does using the phone to take contactless payments. App is attractive. And the reader solid. However. Big minus for me is that the SEARCH function is completely useless and broken in the app. Whatever you search for says 'no results'. Ridiculous especially when you search for a transaction that is top of the list, using every possible descriptor: 'no results'. Makes it pretty useless and I'm sticking with Sumup as that search feature works perfectly.

Paypal use to work just fine until I had to upgrade to zettle! Now I've been having issues with it connecting and customer is waiting to pay while I have another customer waiting to get in my chair!! I freaking hate it now! Sometimes it will connect right away, while other times I have to keep restarting it! UNACCEPTABLE!! Do better zettle!!

I used to use keypad device to take payments, until it started having connection problems. I then started trying to use the "tap to pay" on the app. Never works, as it keeps saying "transaction failed, try another card". It says the same for every single card my customers have tried. Absolute frustration. I will soon discard zettle, tbh.
