Cricut Joy (used with android mobile phone and Chromebook) I've had issues before and sometimes the app has been a bit temperamental but been able to use my cricut Joy until the latest update and since then my machine won't connect - it's finding the machine with Bluetooth but will not connect from either device. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, new machine setup. I've tried everything to no avail. Nightmare!!

Which braindead developer thought it was a good idea to play a frickin short intro VIDEO every time you open the app? It absolutely grates on my nerves when I just want to jump into the app to cut something. To the point I now dread opening it when I have to wait several seconds just for it to end. App never used to have this stupid video intro until a few updates back. Please remove this nonsense that exists to slow down the user experience.

The print to cut feature has sbeen malfunctioning for the past 4 years and it hasn't efficiently been fixed, especially for Androids. I've tried on three separate devices and new pictures fail to show up when going to make a project. A common issue expreseed across multiple forums. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting but the issue is still not resolved. The app lacks any and all reliable features that would make troubleshooting more effective.
