This is a nice app to use with nice clear figures of what the current balance is, what the limit is, and how much you have available to spend. The home screen is nice and clear with just the information you really need. I would give it 5 stars, but it really concerns me that there is no requirement to log in each time, it just opens straight up to the home page. I know this isn't a banking app and I can't send money else where through it (only pay off my balance) but I still don't like the fact that someone who has managed to unlock the phone has no further requirement to unlock this app, which it includes financial information. I use a third party app to add a pin number requirement before this app opens so I'm comfortable having it on my phone, but this app should really require a pin or other means of confirming the user before it opens.

Hi Rosie, to log-in you can set up the app to log-in with your username, password and six-digit passcode or for fingerprint log-in. Both options have been thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the options are safe and secure. Doesn't work...I'm just getting a white screen when I open the app...nothing else after the loader has finished spinning...really poor experience... Cannot second factor on online spend because no approval message is received...can't login, no matter what I try ...tried updating...tried uninstall and reinstall...but the behaviour is the same...surely you update the app regularly? How is it that since my first review till now it hasn't changed? Same behaviour....so frustrating!

Extremely buggy. Payments don't always work. If you make 3 incorrect payments weird security rules would then lock you out from paying until next month. The lock is also permanent so you'll not be able to pay over the phone either. To clarify incorrect payments will happen if the system messes up. In my case a card I used before successfully wasn't recognised or saved correctly. Amazingly bad customer experience. Edit after response: Of course I have contacted your customer service. No help.
