It's difficult to review something than hasn't worked. I installed it on my phone but couldn't get past the login which told me I had entered the wrong code or it just returned me to the start. I uninstalled and restarted several times but each time was no different to the previous experiences. I'm still waiting to arrange the delivery which I've been told is ready! I didn't intend to give it any stars which is what it deserves but I'm unable to submit without at least one

Not very impressed and very annoying app. Previous issue about not being able to book delivery were fixed after last review and due to data error. However what really annoys me is the insistence on updating the app EVERY time I use it. "Good news it is time to update your app" This is far from good news when I have to spend 10 minutes updating when I just want to check a delivery. "A new version is available" with option to update later like every other app would be better.

I've been "using" this app since July 2024, and only managed to order one delivery through it at the very beginning. Since then the app is constantly broken - login button does nothing, or it takes you to enter your details and then either errors out or loops. This forces me to keep calling the company to get my deliveries. Not a trustworthy place to track your intake dates either. It's meant to be a helpful app, yet only causes problems.
