Honestly... this app Is a waste of money. The idea is brilliant but it's got a painfully basic execution. Since using the app I've not discovered anything about my sleep patterns or how to get the most energy out of my day. Sleep debt is just how many hours you technically missed during sleep, nothing to it. It doesn't track sleep states either, and your energie peaks are all based on wake-up time and don't take anything else into consideration. Don't bother with it.

I tried the app and was blown away with the quality of data logging and analysis to nudge me into better habits and keeping track of my energy levels through the day. If affordability wasn't an issue, this would be one of my default subscriptions. I loved the app and would continue as soon as I'm able. If you want to get a thorough analysis of your sleep, this may be the tool for you. Their articles under the Learn tab are still accessible even if not subscribed.

Although I find the data different to other apps, unfortunately there are some major flaws which mean I don't find it particularly helpful. There are times for instance where I wake up early, briefly check the time on my phone and then go back to sleep, but the app records this as my wake time. It also uses the same mechanism to record when my sleep began, but sometimes it's later than this. It also doesn't seem to account for the time taken to fall asleep which has a huge impact on my sleep.
