I really regret paying for a year's membership. I did it because Stef is great and I love following her and the sefi range is stunning but the app is not great if you're a seasoned gym goer. There's no alternative exercises and the descriptions of how to do the exercises are just AWFUL. I'm not sure who's writing them but they need to change. They are so confusingly written that if I didn't know how to do the exercises in the first place they'd be dangerous and would cause injury.

Really enjoying the workouts on the app and the recipes, it has really got me motivated. The only annoying thing is when you don't have an Internet, it won't load up or takes forever for videos to come through, and the download button doesn't work for me. It would be nice if it worked offline, but other than that, it's a great app.

I really rated this app before the recent update which makes ticking off workouts a chore as you have to now go through the whole workout to tick it off as completed rather than just 1 click. Reported to team as bad user experience but not fixed yet. Workouts themselves very good and also really liked the recipe planner and fitness challenges. Hope the issue gets resolved and may rejoin if it is 🤞
