Zero customer support. I've literally tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human, but it's impossible. All I want to do is opt in to accept age restricted items, but the app crashes at the end of the training. Can I speak to someone about this? NO! I'm missing out on a lot of delivery opportunities as I work late nights but can not get the support to turn it on. Worst customer support I've ever experienced. Uber; if you're reading this, please contact me!

App is not fit for purpose. I have been getting an error message when accepting trips saying "something went wrong, an unknown issue has occurred, please try again later" im sitting around waiting for trips for me to get that message when trying to accept them. the customer service is USELESS they literally are telling me its not happening when it clearly is. I've deleted the app and reinstalled three times, they're "specialist team" have said they've fixed it when they haven't.

it's annoying to accept a matched order, be given directions for pickup, drive there, only to find another driver already picked it up, then I have to cancel. the app really needs to fix issues like this. also, having no live customer support is abysmal. the 'ai' is useless. also I agree the overlay is a pain, and dangerous in some cases. shrink the overlay, make its position moveable, and allow it to become a bubble, if needed.
