Updating my review after using Swissborg for about 2 years now. Their service has only got better and better. The UI is super intuitive, the community is strong and active, the customer support is impeccable and above all I love the transparency. My favourite on/off ramp and would recommend to anyone in the UK (no issues with RBS/ Natwest). Another update 4 years later, still my main exchange and the support is excellent, would still highly recommend!

Been with Swissborg for a year. I recently got an in-app notification that my email address had been updated. It was not, moreover, I'm still using the same address. Swissborg are telling me I "mistakingly changed it" What a ridiculous and stupid thing to say. Be careful folks, these guys have a security issue, and not only do they not know it, but they don't seem to care either. Redemption, complete withdrawal, and account closure in progress. Confidence blown to smithereens. Sad.

Can buy and sell crypto very easily and interface is simple to understand. However depositing money can be a frustrating experience especially as they keep changing their bank details which just seems weird and dodgy. Money has always appeared eventually (except for a recent small transfer which has yet to appear) but they need to improve that journey as it can a bit disconcerting and the support staff are not very helpful when things go wrong with this aspect.
