Frustrating UI. Tried creating a ride and was able to make a start and a finish, but with only 2 points, it's not really creating anything. I'd prefer to make a ride with multiple waypoints. I think there is a way, but I have no idea how, as I have seen an indicator signifying there is a way.

Compared to the iOS version which did everything it should, this seems very poor. Connected to my Livewire the app no longer gives any of the bikes live status including mileage and state of charge. At best security alerts showed in the inbox on the app, never to an alert on the phone. Not even the inbox updates now. Despite several months of helpful communications with HD and a brief interlude when the app partially worked, excluding important security alerts, it's not functioning.

We're sorry to hear your still having trouble with this! It appears that your app has not updated since October of 2022. Please update your app to the most recent version, as we are constantly pushing updates and improving our app. We would recommend turning automatic updates on your phone to keep your apps up-to-date.

Not much use as a Sat Nav, can't fathom how to get it to plan or save a route from scratch. Does a ok job of tracking a ride (has died on me occasionally & lost the miles). Would be good if it was able to save miles to HOG miles. Would be good if there was some method for sharing saved routes to some online community. Don't have faith in it fully capturing all the criteria of the "challenges".Hasn't awarded me when I've deffo met the criteria. Wish it would reflect orientation on a road
