In Matrix Mode, when you pocket a ball your score will be multiplied by the difference of your previous and current ball number if the current is more than the previous; but if the current is less, then your score is divided by the current ball number. So be careful.

I've been playing another pool game that I enjoyed, but this is in a whole other class. Because it focuses on game play rather than other stuff, and because (I suspect) it has considerably more elegant coding, it takes up a third of the space in memory for something that is infinitely more sophisticated. The physics are great, the setup is very controllable, and in full 3D mode with the guide lines off, it's pretty darned close to the real thing. It is quite simply a quality product.

Its a real shame. The mechanics of the game are genuinely great. Pass to play with another person, you couldnt ask for better. But no online against others, and the cpu is rediculous, and has clearly been made by a none cuesport player. Can pot from anywhere, but zero thought about the white. Goes for a long shot yellow when theres an easy black on. I could go on. It makes the game frustrating quite quickly, which is a proper shame

This is a perfect example of great programmers designing a beautiful game but have never played the actual game in real life. The AI is so glaringly bad that the game is not even worth playing. It will make awful shots in one play, then make impossible shots on the next. With ball in hand it is downright stupid, placing cueball in the worst places. The AI has made the game so unbearably bad to play that I've walked away from this one.
