Absolutely Frustrating! Unwanted Auto-Subscription and Refund Refusal. I signed up for a week trial of their app, but somehow ended up with a year-long subscription and a hefty charge on cc. I downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial. After a week, I didn't find the app particularly useful and completely forgot about it. Then got a surprise when I saw a charge for a year's subscription! Not worth it at it all, and in a time where money is tight, tip tap reply tough not their problem!

After trying out the free trial, the app was not worth £50 for the year. Every game my daughter tries to play, the app crashes each time it tries to load up the next screen. It's very frustrating having to keeping closing and reopening the app to let her play again. Stupidly, I forgot to unsubscribe after the free trial, so have wasted £50 on a game my daughter cannot play. I've tried getting in touch with Tiny Tap, but all I get it a automatic email back. Don't waste your time with this app.

Quick to take your money. After 3 days, a full year subscription was taken (over £50). I was expecting a monthly charge. When I contacted the company to explain the app wasn't quite appropriate yet for my two year old, they refused to refund 11 months worth of subscription (I was quite happy to pay for the 1st month as we'd used the app for a week). This is a short-sighted approach that angers customers. I would have resubscribed at a later date, but now I find their intentions dishonourable ☹️

Hi Emily, I apologize that this was your experience. If you trial period expired, you'll be charged for the subscription plan selected on the payment page. If you were charged via Google Play, it's best to contact them directly to help manage your subscriptions through them. Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
