A must have app! Teaches you so much about your mental health & slowing down. It helps you with your relationship with food, sleep, your friends, partner & most importantly yourself. I would love it if they added a playlist feature as sometimes at night I want to listen to 2 different sleepcasts but I don't want to wake up & change them.

I love this app. I have a yearly subscription. I've had it a few times, and I use it often. My only request to improve the app is to have the option to reset the courses. I often redo the courses, but it automatically tries to play the last one in the series because the app doesn't register that I started again. Would be great to have a restart or replay option that deletes the history. Can't seem to reset courses. need that back

Hi Kirst, while we currently have the option to reset a course once it's fully completed, we can't yet reset it while in progress. It is a great idea and a request that we hear from other members as well. We'll be sure your feedback is heard!

Great app whichever used for quite a while. Sadly, recently every time I try to play a meditation it stops after a minute of two. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it fixed the problem for a week or so, but it is just not ideal having to keep doing that. Otherwise, it's a great app and there are lots of good meditations, even my children use it. I have noticed myself feeling less stressed and calmer after using it regularly for a while. It's just a shame it's not working properly now.

What’s new
A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
