I like the app, it's easy to use and great to view products and descriptions. Only thing I would say is the budget box subscription area needs work as it won't allow me to change my budge box quantities or also cancel if I wanted to. Which then means I'd have to email customer service when they are already busy enough.

I love PLouise products (as a 33 year old woman). The packaging is fun/youthful but the actual quality of the makeup and skincare products I've tried are brilliant. The app is a bit slow in the basket area but that's my only recommendation for improvement. The app does a TikTok price match which is fantastic, too. I highly recommend - this brand is for everyone, not just the younger ones!

Absolutely love PLouise products. The hair care products are amazing. They leave my hair so soft and shiny, which I've not often found other brands can do. The lip products are the only ones I can use. Others leave my lips feeling sticky and I don't like it. Protectbyour pout is perfect. Skincare is a dream, leaving my skin feeling amazing. Definitely worth buying
