The app's performance is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. It's been malfunctioning for months. Items in the wishlist appear as out of stock, but when a size is selected, they are actually available. However, once saved, they still show as out of stock. Recently, the main home page displays blank, and attempting to access the wishlist results in an error message. This is absolutely unacceptable.

As a retailer, they're pretty good and reliable. However the app is terrible. Sorting search results doesn't work properly, navigation often loses where you're up to, forcing you to start again, and the gift code box at payment doesn't allow enough characters to enter the full code, meaning you can't redeem anything. If these get fixed I will update my review.

2.10.24. Keeps freezing, having to close it every 2 minutes. Trying to add an address, I start typing and it goes back to the previous screen. I've tried to place an order 3x now and I approve payment, then it doesn't redirect back to the app. A lot of things in my wishlist showing up as unavailable. All of the items I have in my bag said in stock and now it's saying it isn't, in the wishlist but searching for it it says 'in stock'
