Many barcodes are scrunched up, making them difficult to scan, and the app forces me to set items aside rather than a quick retry? I just scan it again! but then get an issue at checkout when selecting 'yes' to the question that I was able to scan it all. Also, the camera needs to switch off quicker as it can try to scan random items (and fail) and once again trigger the above qualliy check. It's frustrating and these problems slow down and reduce the convenience. I will shop elsewhere until fix

Absolutely awful. I downloaded the app as there was no charged handsets in the store. at least 3 items in the store scanned at over £700, obviously I noticed but it was a nightmare removing and re scanning, double checking prices and it led to me missing a pack of eggs. When I went to checkout I had an accuracy scan, the eggs were missing (took 4 scans and came in at over £700)... which led to having to unpack my entire weeks shopping for it all to be scanned and rebagged. Total nightmare.

I have the exact same issue as several people with the same model phone where there is corruption in the scan window then the app constantly causes the phone to shut down . I have found that if you record the screen then it doesn't crash the phone. Good for getting to use the app but bad for trying to get proof of what happens. Samsung galaxy a55
