It's an OK photo app but there's a big fault with the storage. It thinks there's videos stored but isn't capable of showing where the files are to enable the user to remove the video file types. Amazon Photos app, struggles with photo location and merges separate people together as one person, with no way to undo the apps error.

I enjoy this app however the one thing I find a bit confusing is why it doesn't transfer into the same folder structure as your phone. I've created the folders myself eventually but it's a bit of a pain 30.01.25 My settings for face recognition has completely turned off and I cannot get it to stick no matter how much I change the settings. Can a representative help me please? I've removed a star for this.

Being a new user, and the fact I'm 70 yrs old, it's confusing sometimes when I can't figure out how to transfer photos in my phone (from a specific date or a whole album) over to my Amazon Photo acct. It's so frustrating that I end up giving up, & the whole point of paying to join Amazon, was to be able to use Amazon Photos so I could transfer my photos & clear up space in my phone. The ads said it "was easy to do"...but you guys forget you've got seniors who aren't techno-savvy. Please help.
