Whilst I like the program and the meals, the app is not functioning properly which makes it a nightmare to follow the diet and prepare a shopping list. Very often when I wish to change a meal, an error message comes up so you can't swap the suggestion. It also randomly changes the meal plan. So let's say you prepare your breakfast in the evening for the following day, the next morning the breakfast meal has changed! The app and its features look great, but there's no point if it doesn't work...

AWFUL APP! It isn't as described, not very easy to swap out ingredients and there are alot of ingredients per week that are expensive. It's also not clear what you're purchasing as they bombard you with add ons. I tried to get a refund after just using the app for an hour and realised it wasn't going to work for me. Applying for a refund was difficult, lots of backwards and forth and I eventually ended up with a partial refund. If I could zero stars I would. Avoid

Terrible refund policy and customer service. I was charged $81.36 without warning and contacted them within an hour, but they only offered a 25% refund and after constant email they gave 50%. I barely used the app and never intended to renew. Unlike Amazon or LinkedIn, which fairly refund unused time, Perfect Body keeps most of the payment. No prior notice, no flexibility, and no real support. Completely unacceptable—would not recommend this app to anyone.
