Seit Monaten warte ich darauf, dass meine Telefonnummer bei Wirex endlich geändert wird, obwohl ich die geforderten Dokumente längst eingereicht habe. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen habe ich bis heute keinen Kontakt zu einem Manager oder Support-Manager erhalten. Seit über einem Monat bekomme ich überhaupt keine Antwort mehr, ausser Lesebestätigung. Auf meinem Konto liegt zudem eine BTC Summe, was diese Ignoranz und Untätigkeit noch besorgniserregender macht. Absolut unzuverlässig, nicht zu empfehlen

Ich möchte Wirex gern benutzen, warte aber jetzt schon mehrere Tage auf die Advanced Zertifizierung. Obwohl ich mehrere Dokumente zur Adressverifikation eingereicht habe tut sich nichts. Wenn ich nichts höre, werde ich das Konto wieder löschen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Wirex ist eine großartige Plattform für Krypto- und Fiat-Transaktionen! Die App ist benutzerfreundlich, Transaktionen sind schnell und die Gebühren sind fair. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, Kryptowährungen direkt in alltäglichen Zahlungen zu nutzen. Der Kundenservice ist hilfsbereit und reagiert zügig. Sehr empfehlenswert!"
